Late Arrival / Cancellation &
No-Call / No-Show Policy

Please provide a minimum 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. Failure to do so may result in a $30 cancellation fee (Cancellation fees will not apply for bad weather or extreme emergency situations).

If you are running late, please call and leave a message. Your appointment time slot will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you arrive later than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment time, a $15 late fee will be applied, and your appointment may be cancelled as a no-show. Please understand that when you are late, it affected our ability to provide timely service for other clients that day as well.

Prepayment of 50% will be requested for the next appointment when a client no-call/no-shows. That money will be applied to that next scheduled appointment cost. If you no-call/no-show to that appointment, the prepay fee is non-refundable.

In order to book your next appointment, cancellation/rescheduling and no-show fees must be paid in full.

When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, please make sure you contact us either by phone (leave a message if you get voicemail) or in writing/email and make sure you receive a confirmation from the salon.

Violation of these policies could result in cancellation of appointment, fees associated, and possible deletion of account(s).

Pick-up Policy

Here are Purrfect Pooches Pet Grooming, we strive to create a stress-free environment for all our clients by providing start-to-finish grooming. This means pick-up times are very important! Any pet left for more than 30 minutes past pick-up time will be charged a fee of $15 per half hour, unless arranged with groomer prior to the appointment.

This is to ensure comfort for the animals and so that we can accommodate all clients that are scheduled that day.

Vaccination Policy

All pets must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations on file. New client registrations and existing client record updates can be done via email or copy provided at the salon.

If you pet has not been vaccinated before or their previous vaccination is out-of-date, we will require an update shot record or confirmation from your veterinarian as to why your pet has not been vaccinated. Pets with expired rabies vaccinations will not be serviced. Puppies can be groomed as early as 10 weeks. At 12 weeks, they are eligible for a rabies vaccine. By 6 months and up, puppies are required to be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination to perform services.

Online Booking Policy

We are pleased to offer online booking for returning customers! Any customer who has had their pet groomed with us in the past can use our online portal to request a date for their pet to be groomed in the future.

Making a request does not guarantee availability on the requested day. We will contact you if a different day needs to be selected. You can contact us via phone or Facebook Messenger if you have any questions.

New customers must call or message us on Facebook Messenger to book a first-time appointment, and following grooming appointments can be booked through the online portal in the future.
